At ADIASOFT EIRL ("Adiasoft" or the "Controller"), we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of those who interact with us. This Policy sets out, in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, its implementing Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, and the directives of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, the conditions under which we collect, process, retain, and protect personal data, as well as the rights afforded to data subjects and the mechanisms for exercising them.

This Policy applies to personal data collected through our website, through contact and registration forms, through the contracting and provision of the Service, and through the other channels of communication that we maintain with users, customers, suppliers, and visitors.

The information that the Customer records on the Platform regarding its own customers, suppliers, or employees constitutes a personal data bank owned exclusively by the Customer. In such cases, Adiasoft acts as a data processor, processing such data solely in accordance with the Customer's instructions and with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
The processing is based, as applicable, on the data subject's free, prior, express, and informed consent; on the necessity of performing the contractual relationship; on compliance with legal obligations; and on the Controller's legitimate interest in the security and improvement of the Service. Consent granted for commercial purposes may be revoked at any time, without retroactive effect.
The data is stored in data banks owned by the Controller, administered in compliance with the security measures required by the applicable regulations. Where applicable, such data banks shall be registered with the National Registry for the Protection of Personal Data.
For the provision of the Service in the cloud, the Controller may engage providers of infrastructure, hosting, payment gateways, and communication tools that qualify as data processors, bound by contractual obligations of confidentiality and security. Where the processing involves a cross-border flow of personal data, the safeguards and levels of protection required by Law No. 29733 shall be adopted. The Controller does not sell personal data.
The data shall be retained for as long as the relationship with the data subject subsists and, thereafter, for the periods necessary to address any potential liabilities and to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Once such purposes have been fulfilled, the data shall be securely deleted or anonymized.
The Controller applies reasonable and proportionate technical, organizational, and legal measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data, and to prevent its unauthorized processing, loss, or alteration, including encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logs, and the performance of periodic backups.
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for the purpose of remembering the user's preferences (language, country, theme), maintaining the session, and obtaining aggregate usage metrics. The user may configure their browser to manage, restrict, or block cookies; disabling some of them may affect the proper functioning of certain features.
In accordance with Law No. 29733, the data subject may exercise, at any time, their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection (ARCO rights), as well as revoke any consent granted. To do so, the data subject must send their request to the email address adiasoft@adiasoft.com, stating their identification, the right they wish to exercise, and a means of response. The Controller shall address the request within the statutory time limits. Should the data subject consider that their rights have not been duly addressed, they may turn to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
The Service is intended for businesses and for persons of legal age. The Controller does not knowingly collect personal data of minors without the prior consent of the person exercising parental authority or guardianship.
The Controller may update this Policy in order to bring it into line with regulatory, technical, or service-related changes. The version in force, with its corresponding date, shall remain permanently published on this page.
